Yoga Foundation Immersion 2019

Moving Beyond

Designed around three weekend intensives comprised of the foundational tools to incorporate yoga into your life more fully and prepare you for deeper yogic studies. Themed around the God Ganesha, Remover of Obstacles. It’s the first step towards more advanced practices as well as, Part 1 of the required training for the  200 hr Yoga Teacher Training.  You will gain a basic, yet broad, level of understanding of yoga history, philosophy, meditation, breath, alignment and movement. Each module will be taught in an easily designed approach so any level student can begin to embody the practices and have the necessary foundation to start moving beyond the beginner level and deeper into the body, mind and soul. Students will be encouraged to connect to yourself and your personal needs. It will give you the tools of what is best for you physically and spiritually as well as enough knowledge to be more creative and empowering in your personal practice. It could be your first step on a life-long path of self-discovery.
