OR minimum 100 hr yoga teacher training
The ever-evolving, expanding nature of yoga takes you now deeper inside. Three weekend intensives centered around the subtle, energetic body, tantric philosophy and the triadic goddesses that spin the wheel of life and learning. Breaking through the most superficial, gross layer of the practice to access deeper layers of sense awareness, knowledge and energetic relationships within movement. Deeper alignment and subtle body practices will be broken down based on Kelly’s years of study in Anusara Yoga, fascia from the Anatomy Trains Method and personal studies in the subtle energy body.
