Return and Refund Policy

Subscriptions/packages can be extended during holidays for 1 week (those valid for 2 months), for 2 weeks (those valid for 4 months) or for 4 weeks (for those valid for 6 months) maximum. In the event of an accident / illness, confirmed by a medical certificate, the subscription/package is extended for the duration of the illness / accident. There is no refund for subscriptions already purchased. Subscriptions will be automatically frozen in the event lessons have been paused. To "freeze" the subscriptions send pf. an email to info@kellygriswold.com

Reservations for weekly lessons are binding. Cancellation is accepted without charge up to two hours before the start of the lesson. Cancellations within two hours of the class will be charged full for the course. Thank you for understanding.

Bookings for workshops, special lessons are binding. The cancellation deadline is 2 days (48h) before the start of the lesson. For cancellations after this deadline (less than 48h) the amount will be refunded only if your place can be occupied by another person. For regular cancellations at least 48 hours before, the full amount will be refunded. Thank you for understanding.
